Yoga Etiquette
 
  • FOOD: Yoga should be practised on an empty stomach - leave two hours for a snack and four hours for a main meal.
 
  • CLOTHING:  Most people wear lose bottoms and a T. shirt. Yoga is always practiced in bare feet. When you arrive please take your shoes off and leave them along the side of the room with any bags you may have. 
 
  • TIMING: Classes begin with a quiet sitting period so please arrive a few minutes early to avoid disturbing the class.
 
  • HEALTH:  If you have a medical condition, had a recent injury or  operation,  please let me know. If necessary you may come for a private lesson or join a remedial class.
 
  • PREGNANCY:  If you are pregnant and have already been practicing Yoga for at least six months please inform me, not all postures will be suitable for you to perform.  However, I regret that new students, who are pregnant cannot be accepted into the Beginners Class. 
 
Class Fees
 
1) The course is non refundable once a course has begun.
 
2) Classes are missed at your own expense.
 
3) When paying for a course payment entitles you to attend only the class paid for.
 
4) Your space is only confirmed once the registration form and payment is received in full prior to the start of the class.
